Registration.
The Conference registration fees for authors and participants covers full attendance at the Conference, the presentation of one paper, the documentation of the Conference, the lunches during the three days, the coffee breaks, the Civic Reception and the Gala Dinner.
The registration for guests accompanying conference participants includes: the programme of excursions, the lunches during the three days, the Civic Reception and the Gala Dinner.
We recommend to make the registration "on line" using the Registration Form.

(*) Euros. + 18%Taxes if you need an invoice (The members of AEDIE has tax exemption. The non European citizens can obtain the reimbursement of the taxes in his country). If you don't need an invoice we can hand over you a receipt and then you don´t pay taxes.
(**) The AEDIE, APDEE or IEEE members must provide a certificate of the corresponding association justified his member condition and that has been paid the last membership fee.
(***) For students it is necessary provide a Department/Faculty or University Certificate.

INVOICE: Please send to the Secretariat the correct information for make the invoice: name, company, address, VAT number (or passport number). If you present a paper please write the reference of the paper in all the correspondence. This is very important for us.
Note: We'll not carry out modifications on the invoices after the congress.
Cancellation: Cancellation refunds, minus handling and administration costs of 10%, will be made by bank transfer for written cancellations received by the International Secretariat prior to June, 1, 2013. No refunds will be made for cancellations after these date, nevertheless the documentation of the congress will be mailed.
NAME BADGE. An admission badge will be provided to each participant. This badge entitles access to the technical sessions and should be worn through the conference.
